Snow Day+Up early=Productivity

Due to my apartment being as clean as possible for prospective new tenant visits, I found myself with nothing to do today and up extra early. So I finished up my journaling and arranged my Project Life book. I’m still going to hold off on pictures as I want have them printed with a matte finish and the quality at home isn’t the greatest. I got 200 prints for $20 when Shutterfly had a sale, so every month I’ll print the previous month. This is great because I’ll at least have a solid month to organize the book if I do not do it on a daily/weekly basis. Photographs however have been daily and I’m so loving it! For instance last night I was watching Twilight and walked Chloe at 1am, the sky was white with the pending snow and it just looked amazing with the branches I had to go back out there with my camera! So my inspiration came from twilight! I don’t think I’ll have many opportunities like that in GA; people in our complex may peg me for the strange northern girl and her camera.

Moving is on schedule! February 24th the truck comes to whisk away our belongings and then head for their 850+ mile journey to our new temporary residence. I cannot wait to officially go house hunting! Finding our forever home is going to be quite the experience. I believe the hubs will get a fantastic job relatively soon, keeping my fingers crossed.

Happy cause it's Friday and Hubs gets home early..

Happy cause the bench I ordered for guest room on a ridiculous sale got here earlier than expected.

Happy cause I feel muscles in my legs due to some squats I did yesterday..

Happy cause I found out in-laws are throwing us a lil going away party..

Happy cause my POTD for yesterday came out nicer than I expected, I am my harshest critic..



{yes its of my at home exercise equipment, but these little guys can do some damage}

Happy cause I am really sticking with some goals, eating as best as I can and exercising and lastly cause I'm actually taking a picture a day!

Good day..

The weather was just delightful! I took the pups out for a walk, well Chloe half a walk cause she really didn't like the hand me down harness LOL she'll grow into it! I came to drop her off and get a real walk/workout with Fenway we did 2 miles he loved it! It was just a little chilly, I'll take this weather for January any day! Is this what it'll be like in Georgia? Wonderful weather year round? =) {1 month and 6 days till we move!}

I'm trying to exercise more..I'm gonna try to incorporate a lil something everyday.

Mellow Yellow Kitchen....

I love moving, cause its a chance to redecorate and hubby can not question, new place new stuff =)

So the color scheme I'm going for now is YELLOW! I love these dishes which started a yellow, gray & black craze..

I just completely decorate my kitchen for new place all for a lil over $100 bucks..not bad. We needed new dishes and the rest was just too cute to pass up!

my photo of the day outtakes..

I vowed this time around that if i want to shoot an "object" I'm gonna try my best to make it a great shot! So books and what nots will be set up a la photo shoot style..I get the urge out of no where, the randomness of it all appeals to me.

Which brings me to today, I'll set up my Friday photo and why, walking from bathroom to room I see a nice bright glimmer across the floor..this inspired me to open the curtain expand that excellent natural lighting, get on the floor and take a picture of my 2009 project 365 book. I got a great shot that will appear on my project life blog, Tuesday.

These photos are the outtakes from today. With 2 dogs, Bostons to be exact you can't really EVER go on the floor cause to them that's play time! So I had two "inspectors" invade my shoot..here they are.
