I also changed my playlist so I wont be bored of the same songs. However, I can't "frugally" add new songs because my husband won't let me and I refuse to PAY!! So dam it I will make due with what I have. Since the C25K programs starts off with 30 mins or so I'll see if I can squeeze in another 30 on Elliptical. This week has been hard to stick to a low carb regime, so I think that has stopped. I will see about carb cycling perhaps?
